The road tripper arrangement was fun and vibrant. Retro camper was the vase & ‘my aunt loved it. Although the order was delivered with 1 Mylar ballon instead of the 2 which was ordered. I sent an email and within 24 hours the mistake was addressed and ballon delivered. It was a seamless process to get the second balloon delivered. Still 5/5 in my book for aesthetics, customer services and accountability.

Shelby's hands down is the best flower shop. I have never had a bad experience with them. I had birthday flowers delivered 2 weeks ago and they are still beautiful! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I've trusted Shelby's for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you all for going the extra mile for such wonderful service.

We had a great experience ordering and designing a funeral arrangement for my grandmothers headstone. Everyone on the phone was excellent and super helpful with pricing and design. Any sort of changes in schedule were accommodated easily. I had to work on this from out of town and they made me feel confident that it would be handled and good to go by the time we arrived.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my father‘s birthday. It was perfect; beautiful and conveyed a celebratory attitude - not too much pink, some purple and white, and plenty of greenery!

We ordered the River Cane Cross for my great-nephew's memorial service, and it arrived before the service as promised. It was beautifully crafted, very well constructed, and adorned with lovely flowers. It was the only floral arrangement on display, making it an especially meaningful and beautiful tribute. It was the perfect addition to the service, and we couldn't have been more pleased with its quality and presentation. Highly recommend.

I came in day of requesting a medium sized bouquet for a gender reveal. I needed it within 3.5 hours and they assured me they could get it done. They did such an amazing job creating a beautiful bouquet for our special occasion! It was so beautiful!

My mother's written request was for yellow roses and daisies, and they exceeded my expectations in bringing her wishes to life. Their service was compassionate, professional, and outstanding.
